The Navy Recreation Center Solomons at 13855 Solomons Island Rd has three-bedroom, fully furnished cottages for rent to race crews that have at least one crew member who is Active Duty or Retired Military or DOD Civilian/DOD Contractor (with green stripe ID).

For larger crews this could be a very economical option at $170 per night. This price is for the whole crew… not for each person!

Cottage” and to obtain bed sizes and to get details about getting
unaffiliated crew members on board the Navy Rec Center.  If your call is answered at Millington, TN
instead of Solomons, try one of the other numbers. 

After
making the reservation with Solomons Rec Center, you will get an e-mail asking
you to complete SECNAV Form 5512 for each of your crew members for access to
the Rec Center.  It’s a bit of a PITA but
well worth the cost savings!
